- Attempts at reverse engineering, extraction of models, or extraction of platform components.
- Use for generating illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Unauthorized automation of access to the platforms by external means.

All content on Ameridata's institutional website, including texts, trademarks, logos, product names, and visual materials, is the exclusive property of Ameridata and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Ameridata's digital platforms, including their architecture, models, interfaces, flows, and operating logic, are the property of Ameridata. The usage agreement grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license of use.
Content produced by the user within the platforms remains the property of the user or the contracting organization.
05
Availability and limitations
Ameridata strives to keep the website and digital platforms continuously available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and events outside Ameridata's control may temporarily impact access.
Ameridata is not responsible for decisions made exclusively based on responses or outputs generated by the platforms. Ameridata's platforms are decision-support and operational-support tools and do not replace specialized professional judgment in critical contexts.
